X-ray Detector Battery Cradle Design Project 

SH2J collaborated with Vieworks on the X-ray detector battery cradle design project. 

This cradle plays a crucial role in ensuring the stable operation of medical imaging equipment, allowing users to charge two detector batteries simultaneously. Designed with a user-centered structure, the cradle enables quick and intuitive battery insertion and removal. 

Each charging slot is equipped with an individual LED indicator, providing real-time feedback on charging status. The main body is constructed from high-strength ABS+PC composite material, offering excellent heat resistance and impact durability. With an optimized base for heat dissipation and anti-slip pads, the cradle maintains stable performance even during extended use. 

To ensure visual and functional harmony with the X-ray detector, a minimal and refined aesthetic has been applied. This cohesive design enhances brand consistency and conveys a sense of professionalism in clinical environments. 

DC1 was launched globally in 2020 and is now used in various clinical settings around the world.
